RTI LODGED WITH DESW FOR DL-33

Kindly furnish the following information with respect to De-linking of 33 years service for 50% pension to pre-2006 PBOR pensioners.

1) Whether Govt has accepted in principle to De-link 33 years service for granting 50% pension to pre-2006 PBOR pensioners.

2) If so the reason for delay in issuing the relevant circular even after issuing the same to civilian pensioners 2 months ago.

3) Can you furnish a probable date for  issuing the circular

Dear Sir,

Circular in r/o the above subject has already been issued to central govt pre-2006 pensioners 2 months back & stands implemented.

but the same has not been issued yet for the military pre-2006 ESM.We are constantly in touch with DESW in this matter get the same reply as under process,under consideration,file under circulation.

This is a clear discrimination towards the ESM of the Nation.

We request your good office to intervene in this matter & put up a question in the parliament requesting information regarding the present status of the matter.
